Happy Canada Day …. Canada is 150 years young this year … the red and white forever, Canada is THE BEST country to live in. These paper dolls are the first for this doll and what better to introduce them with but red and white Canada Day clothing.
Two more cookie paper dolls .. these are chocolate chip cookies so of course they are Chocolate and Chip and both of them are all ready for their winter holiday adventures. As always just right click and save image to capture these yummy dolls. Merry Christmas !!
It has been a while since I have created a new paper doll. We had a lesson in Lifebook 2015 with figures and water colours that reminded me of paper dolls and they enchanted me. Meet Penny and Wendy all ready for any adventure you may want them to follow.
The stamped image challenge at the Art for the Creative Minds Yahoo group brought us a stamped image of a lady’s head in the mail. I used a handful of stamps to stamp onto card and then cut them out and collaged them into a dress for the head. I then scanned her in so I could print her out at a reduced size. I used Tom Bow markers to colour her after laying down some clear glitter glue. The markers coloured the glitter as well so I had matching glitter on her dress.
I also created a smaller size to put on a 5×5 inch card. This one I chose to leave plain except for a few little stick ons.
Fanny is a paper doll created for the Art For The Creative Mind Yahoo group. She is wearing her finest suede vest, hat, boots and wristlet with lots of gears and beads and her best silk skirt. She is gathering together for an evening of fun at the annual God and Goddess Convention and ready to party !!
Fanny is made of chipboard with a black velvet covering. Her suede hat, vest, boots and wristlet are made from the backing of an old belt, the gears are washers. I created the doll and then dressed her one piece at a time, building up the wardrobe. I found her name here: Steampunk name generator
